Join us every Thursday outdoors behind CMF (Cincinnati Mennonite Fellowship, two blocks behind Sleepy Bee) at 4229 Brownway Ave. in Oakley. Parking is available on the street or next to their garage.

For 2025, we are focusing on a different fruit, veggie, herb or spice to anchor our time together. In August, we are learning about tomatoes and tasting the ones we grew in our garden!

Each week, we’ll learn how it grows and gets harvested, even planting some ourselves in our garden. We’ll learn what each food does for our bodies, what animals eat it, and how different cultures and religions prepare the food and celebrate with it. We’ll also use these themes to introduce self-care or emotional/social growth tools and conversation for parents and caregivers as well.

Follow our yard signs when you arrive. We meet outsider rain or shine during summer, so dress for the weather and be prepared for water play.
