Join us every Thursday outdoors behind CMF (Cincinnati Mennonite Fellowship, two blocks behind Sleepy Bee) at 4229 Brownway Ave. in Oakley. Parking is available on the street or next to their garage. We gather rain or shine.

This week is a special event to help us kick-off the summer season. Sarah Kleymeyer, Reading Specialist with CPS, will join us to share some really interesting science on how our brains learn to read, how we can support our kids in their development, and she’ll make it fun and interactive!

On Thursday, we’ll focus on how 4-8 year olds develop and build on early reading skills. At our Friday playgroup, we’ll focus on how 0-4 year olds learn. She’ll give us great insight into how children are taught to read in school now, and help us learn to recognize early signs of dyslexia and other learning challenges. We really recommend joining us to learn from Sarah!
