Full Moon Yoga in the Garden

The indigenous people of the land we call Cincinnati, who primarily include the Shawnee and other tribes in the Midwestern region, would likely call the July full moon the Blackberry Moon or Moon of the Young Corn.

Join us for yoga in our Oakley Children’s Community Garden where we are growing both black raspberries and corn in our vegetable garden.

Kim Panther, RYT-200, of Winter Wellness and Hello Sunshine Yoga will lead us in a gentle flow that will help us connect with the earth, our bodies, and the cycles of the sky. We’ll include tea and light fare, hopefully harvested from our late-summer garden. Come connect with yourself and your community in the full moon energy.

Cincinnati Mennonite Fellowship is a progressive, affirming and generous faith community in Oakley, located at 4229 Brownway Ave, they’ve helped us create a Children’s Garden and playspace on the back lawn. You’ll find parking in back or on the streets nearby.

Bring a yoga mat if you prefer, but we’ll also have plenty to share.

$10 cash or Venmo @ImagineCincy (4938).
