As summer begins to fade and families prepare for the start of school, join us for a relaxing evening of self-care and connection under the stars.

Join us in the backyard of Community Happens Here (6238 Montgomery Rd.) Park on the street or at the Walgreens nearby.

Kim Panther, RYT-200, of Winter Wellness and Hello Sunshine Yoga will lead us in a gentle flow that will help us connect with the earth, our bodies, and the cycles of the sky. We’ll include tea and light fare, hopefully harvested from our late-summer garden. Come connect with yourself and your community in the full moon energy.

Bring a yoga mat if you prefer, but we’ll also have plenty to share.
